Service Description
Workplace English for Beginners is an online English class focused on real workplace communication. Students practice speaking English for common job situations like greetings, instructions, schedules, and asking for help — all in a supportive, interactive environment. This 8-week course meets virtually once a week for live instruction. Between classes, students continue practicing throughout the week using a beginner-friendly textbook and technology-based practice tools to reinforce vocabulary, listening, and speaking skills. This course uses a beginner-friendly English textbook, which students will purchase on their own. To support new learners, we offer $15 off with the code NEWSTUDENT at checkout.

Cancellation Policy
We want you to feel confident in your decision to register. Please review the following guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations: Full Refund — If you cancel your registration within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a 100% refund of your payment. Note: This only applies if your purchase was made at least seven (7) days before the start date of class. 50% Refund — If you cancel seven (7) days or more before the class start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund. No Refund — If you cancel six (6) days or fewer before the start date, or after the course begins, we are unable to issue a refund, regardless of attendance.
