Service Description
Workplace Conversations helps you communicate clearly with supervisors, coworkers, and customers. You’ll practice the real-life English used on the job: giving updates, asking questions, explaining problems, participating in meetings, and building friendly relationships at work. Through live, interactive lessons, you’ll learn the phrases, pronunciation, and listening skills that make daily communication easier and less stressful. You’ll join a small group of learners with similar goals and receive live instruction from an educator with an Masters degree in Teaching English. Between classes, you’ll get guided practice with AI tools to strengthen your speaking, listening, and vocabulary skills throughout the week. A certificate is awarded to students who participate consistently and complete all assigned work.

Cancellation Policy
We want you to feel confident in your decision to register. Please review the following guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations: Full Refund — If you cancel your registration within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a 100% refund of your payment. Note: This only applies if your purchase was made at least seven (7) days before the start date of class. 50% Refund — If you cancel seven (7) days or more before the class start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund. No Refund — If you cancel six (6) days or fewer before the start date, or after the course begins, we are unable to issue a refund, regardless of attendance.
